According to Chinese traditional way of alimentation, in our climate it's recommended to eat at least three warm meals a day during the winter season. We try to stick to this rule to keep our bodies warm and provide them enough heat during cold days.

A nice start of the day may be A Heart Shaped Egg (you'll start your day in a lovely atmosphere) or Pepper Flower Shaped Eggs (to be on the sunny side).

Recently, I've also found a little bit more requiring but still delicious breakfast appetizer. Jennifer of Seasons And Suppers offered up Warm Skillet Bread With Artichoke Spinach Dip. She even whipped up her own bread dough, but for those who don't have so much time she suggested using a loaf of frozen pre-made bread which is an option. Fresh, warm pull-apart buns with a bit of warm dip on the top will make thermal and nutritional morning meal.

What do you serve for breakfast in winter? Don't hesitate to share the recipes below!
