When I saw this beautiful Lake Garda Wedding by Lisa Digiglio hit our submissions box I was immediately captivated. Captivated by the charm of this magical region in Italy, the old world beauty of the buildings and rootops and of how the couple just embraced their surroundings and kept things as simple as possible for their very special day. The Italian lakes were already high on my "to visit" list this year and now I'm even more determined. With a ceremony in Castello di Desenzano del Garda, reception at Hotel Pace in Sirmione and a romantic boat ride on the lakes in between, this was one exceptional wedding day.
